Hi everyone! This is exciting. David and I have been working really
hard to get the Family Trunk Project up and running, and now it's
getting very close. Sometime in early March, there will be patterns,
essays, and
a slick embroidered tree graphic to guide you through it
all. I've never been involved in such a long-term or such a public art
project, and it's a new experience. I'm very excited to start blogging
about the individual garments as they progress, and about the
development of the project as a whole. I am nervous and happy; I think
it's an interesting project and I hope other people will, too!
